Starlaxe Trivia Quiz may offer digital products such as virtual coin packs. Purchases are processed through the applicable payment platform and subject to its rules.
2. Cancellation
Because digital products may be delivered immediately, cancellation/refund rights depend on applicable law, the purchase platform and whether digital content has been supplied.
3. Refund Requests
If you believe a purchase was charged incorrectly, duplicated, unauthorized or not delivered as described, contact starlaxeglobal@gmail.com with your account email, order/transaction ID, purchase date and issue description. Google Play refund procedures may also apply where Google Play processed the purchase.
4. Fraudulent Transactions
Transactions associated with fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized access or manipulation may be investigated and handled according to applicable law and platform rules.
